RPL22P13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL22P13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,153 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL22P13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are UTP biosynthetic process, Positive regulation of signal transduction by p53 class mediator, and GMP biosynthetic process. Each is linked with RPL22P13 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL22P13-to-partner and partner-to-RPL22P13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UTP biosynthetic process grouped by RPL22P13-low versus RPL22P13-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL22P13→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL22P13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
