Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL22L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,795 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL22L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LZIC, POLR2H, and RPL7L1. Each is linked with RPL22L1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL22L1-to-partner and partner-to-RPL22L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL22L1 versus LZIC in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL22L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL22L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
