Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL22L1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,002 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL22L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC47, GPR153, and CEP104. Each is linked with RPL22L1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL22L1-to-partner and partner-to-RPL22L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL22L1 versus LRRC47 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.
