Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL22L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL22L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1265P, RN7SKP88, and MIR3675. Each is linked with RPL22L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL22L1-to-partner and partner-to-RPL22L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1265P grouped by RPL22L1-low versus RPL22L1-high in BRCA.
