Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,015 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL22-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DFFA, PLEKHO2, and PTPN1. Each is linked with RPL22 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL22-to-partner and partner-to-RPL22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL22 versus DFFA in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL22→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
