Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL22 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 28,710 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL22-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL9, RPS7, and RPL23. Each is linked with RPL22 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL22-to-partner and partner-to-RPL22 results are reported.
