RPL22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL22 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL22-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, STAT3_pY705, and C-Raf. Each is linked with RPL22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL22-to-partner and partner-to-RPL22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ku80 grouped by RPL22-low versus RPL22-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL22→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
