Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,816 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL22-associated genes across cancer lineages are ULBP2, MSTN, and ZIC5. Each is linked with RPL22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL22-to-partner and partner-to-RPL22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ULBP2 grouped by RPL22-low versus RPL22-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL22→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
