RPL21P39

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL21P39 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,669 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL21P39-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosome assembly, Ribosomal large subunit assembly, and Cytoplasmic translation. Each is linked with RPL21P39 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL21P39-to-partner and partner-to-RPL21P39 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ribosome assembly grouped by RPL21P39-low versus RPL21P39-high in TGCT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL21P39→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL21P39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
