Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL21P33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,446 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL21P33-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial gene expression, Ribosomal large subunit assembly, and Obsolete nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, exonucleolytic, 3'-5'. Each is linked with RPL21P33 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL21P33-to-partner and partner-to-RPL21P33 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitochondrial gene expression grouped by RPL21P33-low versus RPL21P33-high in STAD.
