RPL21P3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL21P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,960 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL21P3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBA2, RPS2_S264, and IRF2BP1_S66. Each is linked with RPL21P3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL21P3-to-partner and partner-to-RPL21P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL21P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL21P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
