Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL21P17 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL21P17 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RPL21P17 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL21P17 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and BLCA show a favorable association.

ACC, LUSC, and OV are the cancer types where RPL21P17 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
