RPL21P13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL21P13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,540 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL21P13-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAP2CP1, DCST2, and RPL10P2. Each is linked with RPL21P13 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL21P13-to-partner and partner-to-RPL21P13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL21P13 versus RAP2CP1 in CESC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL21P13→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL21P13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
