Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RPL21P129 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RPL21P129 expression is associated with patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UCS. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RPL21P129 is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, RPL21P129 RNA expression shows 6,034 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight UCS, THCA, and STAD as cancer lineages where RPL21P129 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
