RPL19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,587 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NOP16, RCL1, and CMSS1. Each is linked with RPL19 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL19-to-partner and partner-to-RPL19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL19 versus NOP16 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL19→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
