Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL19 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,335 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL19-associated genes across cancer lineages are APBB1, FMO2, and PHYHIPL. Each is linked with RPL19 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL19-to-partner and partner-to-RPL19 results are reported.
