Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL19 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL19-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, Ku80, and PDCD4. Each is linked with RPL19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL19-to-partner and partner-to-RPL19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by RPL19-low versus RPL19-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL19→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
