Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,220 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of intracellular transport, Regulation of intracellular protein transport, and Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane. Each is linked with RPL19 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL19-to-partner and partner-to-RPL19 results are reported.
