RPL18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,941 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IRF2BP1, FBL, and NOP58. Each is linked with RPL18 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL18-to-partner and partner-to-RPL18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL18 versus IRF2BP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL18→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
