RPL18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,197 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL18-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS11, RPL13A, and RPL28. Each is linked with RPL18 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL18-to-partner and partner-to-RPL18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL18 versus RPS11 in PANCREAS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL18→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
