Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL17P51 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,971 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL17P51-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex assembly, Iron-sulfur cluster assembly, and Ribosomal large subunit assembly. Each is linked with RPL17P51 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL17P51-to-partner and partner-to-RPL17P51 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex assembly grouped by RPL17P51-low versus RPL17P51-high in ESCA.
