Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RPL17P41 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RPL17P41 expression is associated with patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RPL17P41 is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, RPL17P41 RNA expression shows 5,657 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight LUAD, KIRC, and STAD as cancer lineages where RPL17P41 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
