RPL17P19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL17P19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,714 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL17P19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTA1, ADGRL3_S1528, and MAP2. Each is linked with RPL17P19 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL17P19-to-partner and partner-to-RPL17P19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL17P19 versus MTA1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL17P19→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL17P19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
