Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL17-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS15AP32, MIR3155A, and MIR4711. Each is linked with RPL17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL17-to-partner and partner-to-RPL17 results are reported.
