Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,079 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of apoptotic signaling pathway, Response to unfolded protein, and Membrane protein ectodomain proteolysis. Each is linked with RPL17 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL17-to-partner and partner-to-RPL17 results are reported.
