Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL17 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,706 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL17-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS2, RPL13A, and RPL3. Each is linked with RPL17 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL17-to-partner and partner-to-RPL17 results are reported.
