Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL15 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPL15 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RPL15 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, GBM, and ESCA are the cancer types where RPL15 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
