Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,100 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOP2B, WDR48, and KIAA0513. Each is linked with RPL15 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL15-to-partner and partner-to-RPL15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL15 versus TOP2B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL15→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
