Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,051 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL15-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBTB47, RASSF8, and DIXDC1. Each is linked with RPL15 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL15-to-partner and partner-to-RPL15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL15 versus ZBTB47 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL15→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
