Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL15 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL15-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, FoxM1, and RAD51. Each is linked with RPL15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL15-to-partner and partner-to-RPL15 results are reported.
