RPL15

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,658 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein import into mitochondrial intermembrane space, Mitochondrial disulfide relay system, and tRNA surveillance. Each is linked with RPL15 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL15-to-partner and partner-to-RPL15 results are reported.
