RPL14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,753 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KIAA1143, IMPDH2, and SETD2. Each is linked with RPL14 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL14-to-partner and partner-to-RPL14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL14→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
