Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,057 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL14-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF563, KLHDC1, and LEPROTL1. Each is linked with RPL14 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL14-to-partner and partner-to-RPL14 results are reported.
