Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL13P5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL13P5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3162, MIR4726, and RNA5SP534. Each is linked with RPL13P5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL13P5-to-partner and partner-to-RPL13P5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3162 grouped by RPL13P5-low versus RPL13P5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL13P5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL13P5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
