Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL13P12 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL13P12 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RPL13P12 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL13P12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and CESC show a favorable association.

ACC, LUAD, and BRCA are the cancer types where RPL13P12 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
