RPL13AP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL13AP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,034 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL13AP5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit assembly, Ribosome assembly, and Ribosomal large subunit biogenesis. Each is linked with RPL13AP5 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL13AP5-to-partner and partner-to-RPL13AP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ribosomal large subunit assembly grouped by RPL13AP5-low versus RPL13AP5-high in KICH.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL13AP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL13AP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
