Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL13AP20 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPL13AP20 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher RPL13AP20 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL13AP20 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD and LUSC are the cancer types where RPL13AP20 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
