RPL13AP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL13AP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,618 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL13AP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CARHSP1, BORCS6, and CASP8. Each is linked with RPL13AP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL13AP2-to-partner and partner-to-RPL13AP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL13AP2 versus CARHSP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.24.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL13AP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL13AP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
