RPL13A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL13A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,070 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL13A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NOP58, FBL, and PRMT1. Each is linked with RPL13A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL13A-to-partner and partner-to-RPL13A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL13A versus NOP58 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL13A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL13A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
