Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL13A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,664 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL13A-associated genes across cancer lineages are FABP3, SAP30L, and N4BP2L1. Each is linked with RPL13A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL13A-to-partner and partner-to-RPL13A results are reported.
