Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL13A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,559 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL13A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL122P, S100A11P9, and CICP6. Each is linked with RPL13A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL13A-to-partner and partner-to-RPL13A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL122P grouped by RPL13A-low versus RPL13A-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL13A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL13A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
