Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL13A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL13A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R2C, CST8, and SYCN. Each is linked with RPL13A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL13A-to-partner and partner-to-RPL13A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP1R2C grouped by RPL13A-low versus RPL13A-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL13A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL13A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
