RPL13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,070 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GCSH, APRT, and MTHFSD. Each is linked with RPL13 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL13-to-partner and partner-to-RPL13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL13 versus GCSH in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL13→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
