Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,754 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA wobble position uridine thiolation, tRNA thio-modification, and Cytoplasm protein quality control by the ubiquitin-proteasome system. Each is linked with RPL13 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL13-to-partner and partner-to-RPL13 results are reported.
