RPL12P32

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL12P32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,426 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL12P32-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosome assembly, Positive regulation of signal transduction by p53 class mediator, and Ribosomal large subunit assembly. Each is linked with RPL12P32 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL12P32-to-partner and partner-to-RPL12P32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ribosome assembly grouped by RPL12P32-low versus RPL12P32-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL12P32→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL12P32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
