RPL12P31

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL12P31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,902 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL12P31-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDXDC1, GMPPA, and GMPPB. Each is linked with RPL12P31 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL12P31-to-partner and partner-to-RPL12P31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL12P31 versus PDXDC1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL12P31→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL12P31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
