RPL12P15

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL12P15 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL12P15 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher RPL12P15 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL12P15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and THCA show a favorable association.

BRCA, THCA, and ACC are the cancer types where RPL12P15 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
