RPL12P13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL12P13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,314 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL12P13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of protein localization to mitochondrial membrane, Ribosomal large subunit assembly, and Positive regulation of signal transduction by p53 class mediator. Each is linked with RPL12P13 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL12P13-to-partner and partner-to-RPL12P13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL12P13→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL12P13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
