Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL12 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPL12 data layer compared with 31 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher RPL12 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, SKCM, and CHOL are the cancer types where RPL12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
