RPL12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,127 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL12-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23A, RPS18, and RPL27A. Each is linked with RPL12 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL12-to-partner and partner-to-RPL12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL12→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
